It is been a while since I had time to write something on my blog, so I start the year picking up where I left off, this personal project is a kind of personal pleasure, a time for me, an activity that I enjoy and if I reach at least one person I will feel lucky to share my hobbies and bits of my life with someone else.
Today Monday, January 04, 2021, we woke up in Baar at -1C, and I am having a cup of hot chocolate, one of the best I have ever tasted, because I think it has managed to take away the nostalgia for that delicious chocolate that I took in Utrecht several years ago.
I found this recipe on Instagram from an account that I love and of which I consider myself a loyal follower: @mamaquecomohoy, and I am very pleased to share it as my touch, in case you want to take a look at it.
I would like that if you try it, you will share with me what you think about it.
P.S.: I tell you that I liked this cocoa powder so much that I bought two more to take them to Spain on my return.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
2 tablespoons powdered milk
2 tablespoons chocolate chips or chocolate pearls
1 teaspoon of cornstarch (maizena)
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
1 taespoon instant coffee (optional)
Preparation: Put to boil 220ml of water in a container and when it is boiling add the previous mixture, continuing to mix it for a couple of minutes until it thickens a little, very careful that it does not rise and spill all over the kitchen.
Then you can serve it with cream, mini masmelos and the icing if you find it is to put it the typical candy cane.
This is a great recipe, you can put all the ingredients in a glass jar and decorate it, it can be used as a gift or to take it on a trip, in case you are going to be on the outskirts.
In fact, I am going to share a photo of another account that I love, @mysweetarray so you can see how it can be used as a gift idea to share with that special person.
I hope you liked this recipe / idea, either to enjoy a delicious chocolate or for a super cute gift to share with someone else.
